Best gluten free bread I have ever had!!! Not to mention all the other gluten free products in the store! Highly recommended

AIC venue just outside Bassano del Grappa. Unfortunately they also sell products containing gluten such as brioches. Convinced that we had entered a totally gluten-free pastry shop, we didn't bother asking if everything was GF and we take the blame for this! However, I would recommend marking clearly (and not on the transparent glass) the fact that there may be products that are not suitable for those who are intolerant and separating them in a space not in close contact with croissants and gluten-free desserts. Unfortunately we relied too much on the name which gives the idea of ​​being in a totally uncontaminated place.
